You Need A Static IP in Windows Too…

A couple days ago, I posted an article on Static IP addresses. The only issue is that the instructions I posted are for Linux users only. In today’s post, I would like to show you a simple way to give your Windows PCs a Static IP Address.

  1. Open the Network and Sharing Center
  2. Click “Change Adapter Settings” in the sidebar.
  3. Right-Click your connection.
  4. Click Properties
  5. Single-click “Internet Protocol Version 4”
  6. Click Properties
  7. Click “Use the following IP address”
  8. Enter your IP Info.

That was easy!! Enjoy your static IP.
